St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Strong/Exceptional Class Teacher with TLR2 at Woodfield Primary School in Wolverhampton. Start date January 2027. Permanent, full-time role with Main Scale plus a TLR2 leadership allowance (£3,651).

The post includes coaching and mentoring across phases, with support for Early Career Teachers. The successful candidate will join a respected Trust with multiple schools, promoting high standards, professional development and collaborative working

Qualifications

• Strong/Exceptional child-centred practitioner with high expectations and commitment to raising standards.
• Experience in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Good understanding and subject knowledge of the curriculum.

• Proven skills of organisation and leadership of a year group and core curriculum subject.
• Ability to support, lead, coach and mentor colleagues by example.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a TLR2 class teacher with responsibility for leading coaching and mentoring throughout all phases, with support for Early Career Teachers, including year group and subject leadership.

We are looking for a Strong/Exceptional child-centred practitioner with:

• high expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards
• successful teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and 2
• good understanding and subject knowledge of the curriculum
• ability to raise standards beyond their own classroom
• proven skills of organisation and leadership of a year group and core curriculum subject
• the ability to support, lead, coach and mentor colleagues by example
• excellent interpersonal skills
