St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust in Wolverhampton is seeking a Class Teacher with TLR2 at Woodfield Primary School. The post involves leading coaching and mentoring across all phases and supporting Early Career Teachers, with year group and subject leadership responsibilities.

We are looking for a strong, child-centred practitioner who raises standards, has KS1/KS2 teaching experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

REQUIRED TO START: January 2027

Location: Woodfield Primary School (WV4 4AG)

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a TLR2 class teacher with responsibility for leading coaching and mentoring throughout all phases, with support for Early Career Teachers, including year group and subject leadership.

We are looking for a Strong/Exceptional child-centred practitioner with:

• high expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards
• successful teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and 2
• good understanding and subject knowledge of the curriculum
• ability to raise standards beyond their own classroom
• proven skills of organisation and leadership of a year group and core curriculum subject
• the ability to support, lead, coach and mentor colleagues by example
• excellent interpersonal skills
