Job summary

Southam St James CofE Academy is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our Key Stage 2 team on a full-time basis from October 2026 to June 2027. You will be responsible for the education and welfare of a class of children in line with the National Curriculum and school policies.

You will work under the Headteacher's direction in a supportive, church-linked environment within the Diocese of Coventry MAT, contributing to a positive, inclusive ethos in a lovely classroom.

Qualifications

• Education and welfare of a class of children in line with the National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach a Key Stage 2 class under the Headteacher's guidance.
• Deliver lessons and assess progress in line with school policies.
• Support safeguarding and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

Job description

The role is full time, working between October 2026 and June 2027. and will be in a lovely class in Key Stage 2 .
