The Diocese of Coventry Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a full-time Class Teacher to cover a Key Stage 2 class on maternity leave. Under the Headteacher's guidance, you will deliver the National Curriculum and support pupil welfare between October 2026 and June 2027.

Qualifications

Educate and safeguard a class of children in line with the National Curriculum and school policies.
Full-time role from October 2026 to June 2027 for a Key Stage 2 class.
Work under the leadership of the Headteacher to ensure pupil welfare and learning.

Responsibilities

Teach a Key Stage 2 class and deliver the curriculum.
Support pupil welfare, behaviour and safeguarding.
Adhere to school policies and procedures and maintain accurate records.

About This Role

Under the lead of the Headteacher, you will take responsibility for the education and welfare of a class of children in accordance with the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document, Teacher Standards and having due regard to the requirements of the National Curriculum and school policies.

The role is full time, working between October 2026 and June 2027.
