Job summary

Summerhill Academy is seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum and support pupils' progress. This maternity cover post runs until 19 November 2027 and is full-time (32.5 hours per week). Provisional start date is 23 November 2026, subject to pre-employment checks.

The role requires a qualified teacher and a commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and continuous improvement within a supportive, ambitious team.

• a qualified teacher or hold an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
