Job summary

Pinewood School in Ware is seeking an exceptional, student-focused Class Teacher to shape the futures of our pupils in Years 7–11. Our learners have Education, Health, and Care Plans and a range of learning needs.

You will help them build confidence, independence and life skills for their communities. Experience in a Special School is not required; enthusiasm and willingness to develop in this exciting area of education are valued.

Are you ready to inspire, nurture, and elevate young lives? Pinewood School in Ware is seeking an exceptional, student-focused Class Teacher to shape the futures of our amazing pupils.

We cater to approximately 210 pupils in School Years 7 to 11, all of whom have Education, Health, and Care Plans. Our students face a range of learning difficulties, autism, and speech, language, and communication needs. Your expertise will help them develop the confidence and independence they need to thrive in the community.
