Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEND Teacher (Primary) for a September 2026 start in South East London. The role is full-time, long term, based at SE5 Camberwell, offering an opportunity to support children with a range of SEND needs.

You will plan differentiated lessons, set EHCP targets, and work with TAs, families and therapists to monitor and celebrate pupil progress in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience with SEND pupils in a specialist or school setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour support approaches.

Are you looking for SEND Class Teacher role in September? We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled SEND Teacher to join our teaching agency. We are working with schools in the South East and East London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Our schools caters for pupils with diverse learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
