Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment currently supports a friendly primary school in Kettering seeking a Class Teacher to start September 2026. The role offers either full-time or part-time morning-only options, with permanent placement preferred but long-term supply also considered.

Qualifications

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
  • Support pupils' academic progress alongside their social and emotional development.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support development.
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and resilience.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, trips, and events.

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Full-Time or Part-Time September 2026 Start Permanent or Long-Term Supply

We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

The school is ideally looking for a teacher to join on a permanent basis, although long-term supply will also be considered. Both full-time and part-time morning-only options are available, making this an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for either a full teaching commitment or greater flexibility.
