Job summary

Driver Hire in Ipswich is seeking a Class 2 HGV Tanker Driver to start ASAP. You will drive a Class 2 tanker, collect liquid waste, and work on a Monday to Friday schedule with 7am starts.

The role covers Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge & Essex, with upskilling opportunities to HGV, ADR and HIAB after probation. You must hold a full UK manual licence with Cat C entitlement and CPC, and you should have up to six penalty points.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual licence with Cat C entitlement.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Have no more than six active penalty points.
• No DG, DD or IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 tanker vehicle on a Monday to Friday schedule with 7am starts.
• Collect liquid waste and manage septic tank and soakaway issues.
• Work within Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge & Essex areas.
• Operate hand-held technology to update job progress.
