Thorn Baker Group is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for UK deliveries and collections with about two nights away per week. The role includes daily vehicle checks, accurate paperwork, and adhering to driver hours and tachograph regulations. Immediate start available on a temporary assignment.

Pay is £17.11 per hour with £25.66 overtime after 36 hours and £30 per night tramping allowance. Working Monday–Friday with 6am or 7am starts; weekly pay and reliable, professional service

Competenze

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience.
• Maximum 3 penalty points preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Comfortable with overnight stays away from home.

Mansioni

This role involves delivering and collecting goods across the UK, with approximately two nights away from home per week. An additional £30 overnight tramping allowance is paid for each night spent away.

The Role
