Job summary

Workchain are seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver for a Prescot based tramping role. Start times early morning, around 4–6am, with 10–13 drops per day and nationwide deliveries. Average 48 hours per week, with 2–3 nights out.

You must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph, at least one year of driving experience, and be comfortable with manual handling and handballing. Weekly pay at £17 per hour plus £50 night out allowance.

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience 1 year required.
• Comfortable with manual handling and tramping.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide deliveries as part of a tramping role.

• Ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
• Vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

Location: Prescot

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Tramping)

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour, paid weekly, £50 per Night Out

OutHours: Average 48 hours per week

Training & Induction
