Job summary

Driver Hire Bedford & Huntingdon is seeking a Class 2 HGV driver to operate a cement mixer truck delivering mortar to active building sites around Bedford and surrounding region.

The role offers a base salary of £41,256 with a meal allowance of £1,035 per year, plus overtime potential (£50,000+). You will start at 6am, Monday to Friday, with 50–60 hours per week and full training provided by the client.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 HGV (C) Licence with Tacho and CPC.
• Strong mindset and willingness to work long hours.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work within a team.
• Prepared to get dirty on a daily basis.

Class 2 HGV Driver

Our valued Client based in Elstow, Bedford is looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to operate a cement mixer truck delivering to construction sites around the region.

This Role Offers:

The Role: The role involves delivering mortar to active building sites using a HGV Class 2 cement mixer truck. There is not much manual labour expected however getting dirty in this line of work is a guarantee especially in bad weather. Full uniform will be provided after a 12 week temporary period.
