Job summary

Driver Hire Dartford is seeking a Class 2 driver for ongoing construction-site work. You will operate LGV 2 vehicles, perform vehicle checks, and keep vehicles clean while adhering to WTR and tachograph rules. The role requires close collaboration with site teams and strict safety compliance.

Candidates should hold a CPC, a valid Class 2 licence and a CSCS card, with flexibility for varying hours. Reliable and punctual performance is essential for ongoing assignments.

Class 2 Driver Duties

• Driving LGV 2 Vehicles (Category C / Class 2)


• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are clean and tidy


• Following WTR and tachograph regulations


• Adhering to site rules, health & safety procedures and company policies


• Operating safely within a busy construction environment


• Working closely with site teams and following instructions


• Maintaining a professional standard of conduct at all times


• Flexibility with working hours

Class 2 Driver Requirements
