Job summary

Corr Recruitment is seeking a Class 2 Driver for a respected brewery operation based in Bedford. The role offers a clear pathway to permanent employment, with immediate start for suitable candidates and a Temp to Perm arrangement.

You will work in a two-person team delivering beer, kegs and casks across the region, performing multi-drop loads, handling heavy items, and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit with heavy manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers.
• Work alongside a Driver's Mate to unload kegs and casks.
• Collect empty kegs and returns as required.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is accurate.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.
• Comply with Driver Hours and Tachograph regulations.
• Report vehicle defects or incidents promptly.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Class 2 Day Driver - Immediate Start

We are recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join a busy brewery distribution operation based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a genuine temp to perm pathway for the right candidates.

Working as part of a two-person crew, you will deliver beer, kegs, casks and other brewery products to pubs, bars, restaurants and licensed premises across the region. This is a physically demanding, customer-facing role involving multi-drop deliveries and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle safety checks before leaving the depot
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers safely and efficiently
• Work alongside a Driver's Mate to unload kegs, casks and packaged products
• Collect empty kegs, returns and reusable containers where required
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
• Comply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph regulations
• Report vehicle defects, delivery issues or incidents promptly
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Previous Class 2 multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential
