Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are seeking a Class 2 Driver in Bedford for a wholesale drinks distributor. You will operate in a two-person team delivering to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues.

Role is temp to permanent after a 12-week qualifying period; UK Class 2 licence, DCPC and Digi-Tacho required. Immediate starts and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Class 2 driving licence.
• Must have DCPC card and Digi-Tacho card.
• May have up to 6 points on licence; DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues.
• Work in a 2-person team.
• Adhere to site safety procedures and maintain vehicle condition.

HGV Class 2 Driver - The role & responsibilities:

• Multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues
• Working in a 2 person team

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures. You will be driving a clean, modern vehicle and our client is offering permanent placements after a 12 week qualifying period.

About you:

You must have your Class 2 driving licence. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
