Job summary

Driver Hire Gatwick is seeking a reliable Class 2 Driver to join the client team from Tuesday to Saturday. You will be paired with a mate delivering drinks across South East England; this is a full-time role, initially temporary with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Shift times are 6:00–7:00 am starts, minimum 8 hours with possible longer durations. You will drive an 18‑tonne vehicle with 10–15 deliveries per shift and work with a driver mate.

Qualifications

• Valid UK licence - Class 2 or higher (max 6 points).
• Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho.
• Availability Tuesday to Saturday.
• Must reside within 10 miles of Horley.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks across South East England in an 18-tonne vehicle.
• Work with a driver's mate; 10–15 deliveries per shift.
• Start between 6:00 am and 7:00 am; minimum 8 hours per day.
• Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Driver Hire is looking for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join our valued client team from Tuesday to Saturday. They deliver drinks throughout South East England and you will be paired with a mate. This is a full-time position. Although initially temporary, it has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Specification:

• Tuesday to Saturday - start time between 6:00 am to 7:00 am. Minimum of 8 hours guaranteed, with the possibility of longer durations depending on operational needs
• Driving a 18Tonne vehicle for deliveries.
• Between 10-15 deliveries per shift (dependent on distance)
• Working with a drivers mate

Requirements:

• Valid UK licence - Class 2 or higher (max 6 points)
• Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Availability from Tuesday to Saturday
• Access to own vehicle to commute to and from the workplace
• Must reside within 10 miles of the site based in Horley
