Job summary
Gregory Distribution is seeking a Class 2 Driver to operate from the Bristol distribution depot, delivering to South West retail locations and ensuring secure, compliant loading and unloading. You will perform daily vehicle checks, manage site access, and communicate with the transport team to meet customer expectations.
The role requires a UK Class 2 licence, DCPC, and Digital Tachograph card. Training is provided, with competitive hourly pay and shift hours starting 17:00, lasting 11.25 hours
Qualifications
- UK Class 2 (C) licence required.
- DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
- Strong customer service focus and professionalism.
- Able to work to tight schedules and meet delivery windows.
- Prior multi-drop delivery experience preferred; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to retail locations from the Bristol distribution depot.
- Manage secure access to retail premises and follow store entry procedures.
- Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage.
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks.
- Stay in regular contact with the transport team and update progress.
