Job summary

Pertemps Warrington is recruiting a Class 2 Delivery Driver for a full-time, hands-on role based in Alcester. You will deliver beer kegs, cases and crates of alcohol to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues across the region, working with a driver’s mate to unload and complete deliveries.

Shifts start early (06:00–08:00) with around 10 hours per day and a Tuesday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday pattern. Newly qualified drivers with a valid Class 2 licence are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Aged 25 or over.
• Have no more than six points on your licence.
• Have no licence endorsements.
• Be physically fit and able to lift/move heavy kegs and crates.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work in a two-person delivery team.
• Professional and customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Deliver beer kegs, crates and cases of alcohol.
• Complete deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues.
• Carry out multiple drops during each shift.
• Work with a driver’s mate to unload and assist with deliveries.
• Load and unload heavy products as needed.
• Check deliveries and ensure correct items reach each customer.
• Provide a professional and friendly service at every delivery point.
• Perform vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Follow road safety, manual handling and company procedures.
