Job summary

Pertemps Warrington is seeking a Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our Alcester-based drinks delivery operation. This full-time, permanent role pays £16.85 per hour and involves delivering beer kegs, cases and crates to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues with a driver’s mate.

Shifts run Tuesday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, starting between 6:00am and 8:00am and averaging around 10 hours. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply and should be comfortable with loading, unloading and

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence.
• Be physically fit for heavy lifting.
• Able to work effectively with a driver’s mate.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Deliver beer kegs, crates and cases of alcohol.
• Complete deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues.
• Carrying out multiple drops during each shift.
• Work alongside an experienced driver’s mate.
• Load and unload heavy products.
• Check deliveries and ensure items reach customers.
• Provide professional, friendly service at delivery points.
• Perform vehicle checks and report issues.
• Follow road safety, manual-handling and company procedures.
