Pertemps Worcester in Alcester is seeking Class 2 Delivery Drivers to join a drinks delivery operation. Deliver beer kegs, crates and cases to pubs and hospitality venues with a driver's mate. Start times and patterns vary; training provided and newly qualified drivers are welcome.

Role includes loading/unloading, completing deliveries, and maintaining vehicle checks with a professional, customer-friendly approach on every stop. Physically demanding work but rewarding for reliable drivers.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Able to lift and move heavy kegs and crates.
• Comfortable working in a two-person delivery team.

Responsibilities

Class 2 Delivery Driver - Alcester

Pay rate: £16.85 per hour

Working patterns available: Tuesday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Start times:06:00 - 08:00

Average shift length: Approximately 10 hours

We are currently recruiting Class 2 drivers to join a drinks delivery operation based in Alcester. This is a hands-on driving role delivering beer kegs, cases and crates of alcohol to pubs, restaurants and other hospitality venues.

You will be working with a driver\'s mate, who will assist you throughout the day with unloading and completing deliveries. Routes will involve multiple drops, so we are looking for drivers who are comfortable with both driving and manual handling.

What the role involves

Driver requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Be aged 25 or over
• Have no more than six points on your driving licence
• Have no licence endorsements
• Be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy kegs and crates
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a two-person delivery team
• Have a professional and customer-friendly attitude
• New passes accepted! Recently qualified Class 2 drivers are encouraged to apply.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable Class 2 driving experience while working alongside a driver\'s mate. You should be prepared for an active working day, as this is not a driving-only position and the deliveries can be physically demanding.
