Job summary

Ideal Recruit is recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers for a reputable company in Warrington, with an assignment running for at least 8–10 weeks and support throughout.

Pay: Overtime paid at £22.03 per hour for hours over 36:15 per week. Shifts include day, afternoon and night options across 7 days, with a 5/6 day rota and a minimum 8 hours per shift. Availability for weekends is essential and holidays are required, with a brief induction provided.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• An up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points, for minor offences only.
• A minimum of 1 year of Class 2 driving experience.
• A reliable, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Depot deliveries and collections / general haulage.
• Cover a rota of 5/6 days out of 7 with 8+ hour shifts.
• Shift options: day, afternoon and night across Monday to Sunday.
• A short induction lasting approximately two hours.
• Ongoing support from our team throughout your assignment.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• A short induction lasting approximately two hours.
• Ongoing support from our team throughout your assignment.

AVAILABILITY

• Weekend availability is essential. You must also be available to work:
• Christmas Eve OR Boxing Day, and
• New Year’s Eve OR New Year’s Day.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
