Are you a Cat C driver, tired of making drop after drop? XPO is currently looking for drivers for our customer site in Thorne, Doncaster, where you will be delivering kitchens to construction sites and private customers. Pay, benefits and more:

• Annual salary of £14.72 per hour.
• Working pattern: 1 Sunday in 4 weeks, with shifts from Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday. Guaranteed 55 hours a week.
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Deliver high-end kitchens across the UK.
• Make 5-8 deliveries/drops per day.
• Interact face-to-face with customers.
• Stay overnight in a team, typically 3-4 nights bunking with a porter.
• Use PDA scanners to confirm deliveries.
• Lift and carry kitchen goods safely; aids like pump trucks and sack barrows are supplied.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full C (Class 2) license.
• Digi card and up-to-date CPC.
• No more than 6 points on your license, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
• FORs Silver Standard driver – SUD training, FORs e-learning completed to Silver standard.
• CSCS Green labourer card (to be completed within 3 months of employment).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Maintain high standards of uniform, PPE, hygiene, and cleanliness daily.
