Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd is recruiting a Class 2 Multidrop Driver in Rochester on a temp to perm basis. You will complete multidrop deliveries across customer sites, typically 12–14 drops per day, starting around 7am. You must hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence with CPC and Tachograph card.

The role emphasizes safe operation, independent work, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with legal and company requirements. Benefits include pension and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome if they show the right attitude and potential.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
• Good knowledge of the UK road network.
• ADR qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete multidrop deliveries between customer sites.
• Carry out an average of 12-14 deliveries per day within similar postcode areas.
• Operate your vehicle safely and in line with company and legal requirements.
• Use a pallet truck to unload pallets when a customer forklift operator is unavailable.
• Use handheld scanners and complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance and roadworthiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all delivery locations.

Pay Rate: £15.63 per hour

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport.
