Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Class 2 driver for a one-day assignment near Yeovil. You will operate a Class 2 HGV, inspect the vehicle, and ensure timely deliveries and collections.

The role requires an immediate start, a valid Class 2 licence with minimal points, and the physical ability to perform loading/unloading duties. Working hours are flexible, typically between 7am and 9am on the designated Friday.

Qualifications

• Available to start immediately.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties.

Class 2 Driver. Required for Friday 24th Only!

We are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for our client who are based near Yeovill.

THE DUTIES:

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) HGV vehicle.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any defects promptly.
• Deliver and collect goods according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Load and unload vehicles where required, ensuring goods are handled safely.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Must hold a valid Class 2 driving licence - No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Must be available to start immediately
• Must be physically fit and able.

THE HOURS:

1 Day Only - Flexible start between 7am - 9am

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of £22 per hour.
