Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a reliable Class 2 Driver to join their Worcester depot on a permanent basis, handling multi‑drop deliveries and delivering to a high standard of customer service.

The role requires a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and at least 6 months of Class 2 experience, with a guaranteed 45‑hour week and overtime opportunities. A monthly bonus up to £150 is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence (Category C).
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries is advantageous.
• Good timekeeping and awareness of transport legislation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Class 2 Driver Location: Worcester Salary: £16.32 per hour

Our client, a well-established distribution business supplying products to commercial customers across the UK, are seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Driver to join their Worcester depot on a permanent basis, completing multi-drop deliveries whilst providing a high standard of customer service.

Job Overview

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to customer sites


• Average of 15 drops per day


• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects


• Load and unload products safely and efficiently


• Ensure deliveries are completed professionally and on time


• Comply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and road transport legislation


• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and vehicle records


• Keep vehicles clean, fuelled, and ready for operation


• Report any incidents or accidents in line with company procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence


• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card


• Minimum 6 month Class 2 Experience


• Previous multi-drop driving experience would be advantageous


• Good understanding of Driver Hours and transport legislation


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Reliable with excellent timekeeping


• Health & Safety conscious with a professional approach
