Job summary

Pure Staff's Driving Team are seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work in Worcester. You will handle multi-drop deliveries to local sites, with day shifts Monday to Friday and start times around 07:00, typical 8–10 hour shifts.

Rates are £16.00ph on days (+ holiday accrued) or £17.93ph with holiday pay rolled up. Pure Staff offers direct PAYE employment and weekly payslips, with clear, transparent pay structures.

Qualifications

Job description

Pure Staff's Driving Team are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to support one of our customers based in Worcester. Immediate starts are available for reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers.

This role involves general haulage deliveries to a variety of customer sites across the region. Drivers will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries, averaging 8-10 drops, delivering packaging supplies.

Day shifts are available Monday to Friday, with typical start times from 07:00 and average shift lengths of around 8-10 hours.

Rates for an HGV Class 2 Driver:

Monday to Friday (Days) = £16.00ph (+ holiday accrued) or £17.93ph (with holiday pay rolled up)

To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you will need:

• UK Category C Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Minimum 6 months' HGV Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
• Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks
• Previous multi-drop or palletised distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
