Job summary

Kinaxia is recruiting a reliable Class 2 Driver for our General Haulage team. You will complete single-drop and groupage deliveries predominantly across the Midlands, ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time.

Working Monday to Friday with early starts between 04:00 and 07:00, you are guaranteed 48 hours per week. The role offers a competitive salary of £31,749 per year plus overtime and a strong benefits package including Life Assurance, Pension, Uniform & PPE, onsite parking and EAP.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Current Driver CPC (DQC card).
• Experience with multi-drop pallet deliveries.
• Good understanding of Highway Code and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete single-drop and groupage deliveries predominantly across the Midlands.
• Deliver goods safely and on time while maintaining vehicle standards.
• Adhere to all transport regulations and company policies.

Class 2 Day Driver (General Haulage)

Location: Direct deliveries across the Midlands and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 04:00 - 07:00
Contracted Hours: Guaranteed 48 hours per week

Salary & Overtime

• Basic Salary: £31,749.12 per annum (£12.72 per hour)
• Paid monthly on the last working day of each month
• Overtime Rate 1: £15.36 per hour after 9.6 hours per day and up to Saturday 13:00
• Overtime Rate 2: £19.54 per hour from Saturday 13:00 through Sunday midnight
• Bank Holidays: £19.54 per hour plus a day in lieu
• Plenty of overtime available for those looking to boost their earnings

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence

  • Road Transport Legislation
• Previous experience completing multi-drop pallet deliveries
