West Riding Recruitment Limited is looking for a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver to join a busy plumbing and heating company based in Motherwell. The role covers UK-wide deliveries, mainly trunking with occasional drops to customers and sites.

You will carry out daily vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork accurately. Monday to Friday work is available with no weekend shifts, offering ongoing work and potential temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph certification required.
• Previous Class 2 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver UK-wide to customers and sites.
• Mainly trunking with occasional drops.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain professional and safe conduct at all times.

The Role

• Monday to Friday work - DAYS or NIGHTS available
• UK-wide deliveries
• Mainly trunking, with some delivery work involving a few drops
• Delivering plumbing and heating products to customers and sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Working safely and professionally at all times

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Previous Class 2 experience preferred
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible approach to different routes and delivery requirements
