Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to deliver to Costa Coffee stores across the UK.

This permanent, full-time role offers 48 hours per week on a 5 on 3 off pattern with a 16:00–20:00 start window and regular overtime across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. Salary is £52,702 per year including night shift allowance and bonuses, with potential to exceed £60,000 annually through overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is desirable, although newly qualified drivers will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores, approximately 10 to 15 deliveries per shift.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and professionally.
• Complete all delivery and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time, Tachograph and Road Traffic regulations.
• Build positive relationship with customers at delivery locations.

At GXO Logistics, we're looking for professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Wellingborough, delivering to Costa Coffee stores across the UK. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an excellent pay, a structured shift pattern, regular overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be contracted to work an average of 48 hours per week over a 17-week reference period on the shift pattern of 5 on 3 off with the start time window of 16:00 - 20:00. Regular overtime opportunities available across all shifts and days (weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays) that increases your average holiday pay rate.
