Job summary

GXO Logistics in Purfleet-on-Thames is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a full-time role supporting Costa Coffee. This is a permanent position with a 48-hour week and a 17-week pattern on a 5 on 3 off shift, start window 06:00–08:00.

You will deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores (10–15 drops per shift), operate vehicles safely, complete paperwork on time, and comply with hours and tachograph regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years.
• Previous experience driving category C vehicles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores (10 to 15 drops per shift).
• Operate vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently.
• Complete all paperwork fully, accurately and on time.
