Here at our GXO Wellingborough site, we don’t just deliver — we fuel the buzz behind Costa Coffee! We’re the powerhouse keeping stores across the UK stocked with fresh coffee beans and tasty treats — all delivered with precision, passion and a whole latte energy!

You will be working an average of 48 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 8’ shift pattern, with start times between 16:00 and 20:00, this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Conduct thorough pre and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores on a multi-drop route
Using totes and tote boards to unload stock at each store
Navigate through busy city routes and handle challenging parking locations
Keep a close eye on vehicle defects and wear and tear and report them promptly
Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Hold a valid UK Driving licence with Category C (Class 2)
Less than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
