Job summary

Ignition is recruiting Class 2 drivers in Lichfield to work with a leading DIY and homeware retailer. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, perform multi-drop deliveries, and complete vehicle checks and paperwork as part of a professional driver role.

Applicants must have a Class 2 licence, UK DCPC and Digi-tacho, with 12+ months of commercial driving experience. UK residency and right-to-work documentation are required.

Vehicle checks and the usual paperworkAs this is a customer/client facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.

About you:

Youmusthave your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements and you will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.

Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
