Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are seeking Class 2 drivers in Lichfield to work with a leading DIY and homeware retailer. You will handle multi-drop deliveries and complete vehicle checks and paperwork.

Candidates must have a UK Class 2 licence, DCPC and Digi-tacho cards, and at least 12 months driving experience. Right to work in the UK is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Class 2 driving licence.
• At least 12 months' experience driving commercially.
• Must have a valid DCPC card and a Digi-Tacho card.
• UK Right To Work documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle.

Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle

Multi-drop Deliveries - dropping carpet off at various locations

Vehicle checks and the usual paperworkAs this is a customer/client facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.

About you:

Youmusthave your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements and you will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.

Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
