Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for our Radlett location. The role involves delivering goods safely and on time with a 43-hour week; starting times from 06:00am.

A typical day includes safe driving, compliance with safety standards, vehicle checks, and manual handling of goods. We value punctuality and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C) and Driver CPC Qualification.
• Must have a Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum of 6 months class 2 driving experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently in line with drivers' hours regulations.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and The Highway Code.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks and report issues promptly.
• Manual handling of customer products and heavy lifting.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• This role will include alot of Manual handling of customer products and heavy lifting

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
