Job summary

The People Providers Limited is seeking Class 2 Home Delivery & Furniture Assembly Drivers for an ongoing role in the UK. You will join a professional, customer-focused delivery team, delivering furniture to customers' homes and assisting with assembly when required.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with start times between 5:00am and 7:00am and typical days of 10–12 hours; guaranteed 50 hours per week with no break deductions. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous home delivery experience is desirable.
• Experience assembling furniture or installation is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering furniture safely and efficiently to customers' homes.
• Providing outstanding customer service at every delivery.
• Assembling and installing furniture to a high standard where required.

Job Title: Class 2 Home Delivery & Furniture Assembly Driver

We are currently recruiting professional and customer-focused Class 2 Drivers to join a leading home delivery operation. This role involves delivering furniture directly to customers' homes, providing an exceptional delivery experience, and assisting with the assembly and installation of furniture where required.

This is a physically active role that combines driving, customer service, and furniture assembly, making it ideal for drivers who enjoy working with customers and taking pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Details

• Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (LTD/SELF EMPLOYED)
• Additional Meal Allowance: £12 per working day
• Shifts: Monday to Friday
• Start Times: Between 5:00am and 7:00am
• Typical Working Day: 10-12 hours
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week - No break deductions
