Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing, full-time work in Newport. You will operate a Cat C vehicle, deliver goods to schedule, and provide excellent customer service.

We offer consistent hours, competitive pay, and potential for permanent placement after probation. Monday–Friday starts around 6am with paid leave provisions and pension contributions.

Newport | £16.00-£21.00 per hour PAYE / £19.00-£23.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE | Monday - Friday | 6am Starts | Ongoing | Immediate Starts Available

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established local business in the Newport area.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers, Class 2 Drivers, Cat C Drivers, LGV Drivers, or Multi-Drop Drivers looking for full-time, ongoing work with competitive rates of pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment.

• Comply with all road transport legislation and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.
