Acorn by Synergie is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Bridgend. This is an ongoing role with regular weekday shifts and 6am starts, offering potential for long-term opportunities.

Bridgend-based position with UK-wide deliveries, 3-5 drops per day, daily checks, and a strong customer-focused, professional service ethos. Great team environment and modern fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) licence and CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card held and up to date.
• Customer-focused with professional conduct and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete trailer drop and swap deliveries across the UK.
• Carry out 3-5 deliveries per day.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Comply with all driving regulations and company procedures.
