Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of one of the UK's leading blue‑chip logistics providers based in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation offering consistent work, competitive pay, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

• Monday to Friday: £18.12 per hour
• Overtime (after 42.5 hours): £24.10 per hour
• £50 weekly attendance bonus

Shift Information

• Start times between 04:00 and 08:00
• Average shift length of 12 hours
• Minimum 8 hours' guaranteed pay per shift
• Occasional two-trip days

The Role

This is a physically demanding but highly rewarding role involving multi-drop deliveries and manual handling. You'll be delivering to convenience stores across the South East and surrounding regions, ensuring products arrive safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

You'll be responsible for delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products while maintaining high food hygiene standards, completing delivery paperwork accurately, and carrying out daily vehicle checks.

What We're Looking For

• Flexibility to work the 5 on, 3 off rolling rota
