Job summary

Rapier Employment in Harlow is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver for a leading logistics provider. The role features a fixed 2-week rolling rota with structured shifts and no Sunday work, offering £22 per hour and ongoing, guaranteed hours.

You will perform multi-drop deliveries to convenience stores, handle ambient, chilled and frozen goods, and complete delivery paperwork while maintaining high food hygiene standards. Temp-to-perm opportunities and immediate starts are available.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Max 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Reliable, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries (6–8 drops per shift).
• Deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products.
• Use cages, dollies, pallets and electric pallet trucks (training provided).
• Deliver to convenience stores on planned routes.
• Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Provide professional, friendly and reliable service to customers.
