Job summary

Extra Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 2 General Haulage Driver for ongoing work in the LE19 area. The role offers AM and PM shifts with a pay rate of £17.00 per hour, and regular weekly pay.

Join a reliable team and operate Class 2 vehicles on general haulage routes, completing pre- and post-shift checks and maintaining professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Flexible to work AM and/or PM shifts.
• Good communication and timekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle.
• Complete General Haulage delivery and collection routes.
• Complete vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure all loads are transported safely and securely.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and records.
