Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Bolton to work with our client, who is a leading Logistics & Distribution company on a full-time basis. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, handling 4-5 drops daily and performing vehicle checks.

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months driving experience, a UK DCPC, and a Digi-tacho card, with eligibility to work in the UK. Competitive pay and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence held for driving a heavy goods vehicle.
• UK DCPC card required and Digi-tacho card held.
• Up to 6 points on licence may be accepted depending on endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle.
• 90% palletised goods with multi-drop deliveries and collections.
• Complete around 4 to 5 drops per day and perform vehicle checks.
• Maintain professional, tidy appearance and handle customer-facing interactions.

About you

• You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements.
