Job summary

Manpower seeks a Class 2 ADR Cylinder Driver for local Newbury routes, with a temp-to-perm progression. You will transport ADR gas cylinders safely, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and keep accurate delivery records.

The role requires a valid UK Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and ADR Class 2 Gas Packages qualification. You will join a supportive team focused on safety, compliance, and on-time deliveries across local routes.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• ADR Licence (Class 2 Gas Packages).
• HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle on local delivery routes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle on local delivery routes
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Loading, securing and unloading ADR gas cylinders safely
• Following ADR regulations, company procedures and site rules
• Completing delivery paperwork and records accurately
• Reporting vehicle defects, delays or incidents promptly
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time

What You'll Need

• Current Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• ADR Licence (Class 2 Gas Packages)
