Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver at our Marston Gate client site (MK43 0UL). This ongoing, full-time role offers day, night, and weekend shifts with hourly pay between £22.41 and £28.01.

The position requires a current UK Class 1 licence with 6 months’ driving experience, CPC and DigiCard, and compliance with tachograph rules. Excellent customer service and flexibility to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid UK Driver Cards (Licence, CPC, DigiCard).
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 licence + 6 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Max 6 penalty points; no DR or DD offences.

Responsibilities

• Parcels & mail bulk loads handling.
• Trunking work with minimal manual handling.
• Conduct vehicle checks and record tachograph data.
• Drive to client standards; follow coaching and training.
• Adhere to Working Time Directive and driving hours rules.
