Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd. in Cullompton is seeking a dedicated Regional Driver to ensure the efficient delivery of AdBlue to commercial clients across the South of England.

You will provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships and maintaining clear communication with the transport team. The role involves overnight stays up to 4 nights per week and start times between 04:00hrs and 07:00hrs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Confident, polite, and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the efficient and timely delivery of AdBlue to commercial clients throughout the South of England.
• Provided exceptional customer service by engaging with clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring their needs were met to a high standard.
• Maintained consistent communication with the transport team to deliver updates and proactively manage customer expectations.
• Actively participated in ongoing training and development to ensure compliance with industry standards and to continuously improve service delivery.
