Job summary

The Results People is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter for a well-established client based in Rugby. This full-time role offers guaranteed shifts and consistent work with a 18:00-06:00 night schedule.

You'll be responsible for safely shunting articulated lorries and trailers within a yard, operating on a 4 on, 4 off pattern. An assessment is required before starting, and CPC/digital tachograph credentials must be valid.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driver experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).

Responsibilities

• Shunt articulated lorries and trailers within a yard.
• Shift times: 18:00-06:00.
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Pay rates PAYE

• £16.80ph
• £18.83ph (including holiday pay)
