KNOWSLEY is seeking Night Shift Drivers to operate loaded trailers to the Pallet Hub in the Midlands and back to the depot. Shifts are Mon–Fri starting at 18:00 with live loading and tipping at the hub, typically around 9–10 hours per shift.

Rates are £17.00–£19.50 per hour, with hol/pay enhancement and higher weekend rates to reflect shift timing. Applicants should hold a C&E licence (min 6 months in C&E work) and a valid DCPC card, plus knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Responsabilités

• Drive loaded trailer to the Pallet Hub (Midlands) to be tipped and then reloaded, and return to the Depot.
• Live loading during handover with depot staff.
• Work on night shifts as scheduled, approx 9–10 hours per shift.

NIGHT SHIFTS

Our client is part of a pallet network and is looking for NIGHT shift Drivers to take a loaded trailer to the Pallet Hub (Midlands) to be tipped and then get reloaded (live loading) and then return to the Depot. Approx 9-10 hours per shift

• £17.00 or £19.05 inc hol pay M-F Days
• £18.00 or £20.17 inc hol pay M-F Night
• £19.50 or £21.85 inc hol pay Sat
• £21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Sun / BHol

Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
