Job summary

Bulkhaul is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 Drivers to transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the UK. Night-outs are part of the role with 2–3 overnight stays weekly, depending on business needs.

You will perform vehicle checks, maintain logs, and ensure regulatory compliance. A valid LGV Class One license, Driver CPC, ADR for liquids, and tachograph card are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Must hold a current LGV Class One (C+E) license and Driver CPC.
• ADR license for hazardous liquids required; training in bulk liquids beneficial.
• Valid digital tachograph card and DQC required; ongoing CPC training essential.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the UK.
• Perform pre-drive safety checks and report any faults to maintenance.
• Complete delivery notes, logs and compliance records accurately.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of bulk liquids per procedures and regulations.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and site staff during deliveries.
• Follow Working Time Directive and drivers' hours rules; manage rest periods.
