Job summary

Workchain is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers to deliver poultry feed across multiple Norfolk sites. Shifts are 12 hours with day and night patterns, and overtime is paid after standard hours. Training is provided, with up to a month to learn routes and procedures.

Immediate starts are available subject to interview. Positions are temporary with a potential temp-to-perm route, offering varied sites like Stoke Ferry Mill and Chettisham Mill.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Reliable and safety-conscious driver.
• Good understanding of vehicle positioning and manoeuvring.
• Comfortable driving on narrow and challenging rural roads.
• Willingness to follow detailed delivery procedures.
• Good attitude towards training and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver poultry feed to farms, typically 2–4 deliveries per day.
• Work 12-hour shifts (days 06:00–18:00, nights 18:00–06:00).
• Overtime paid after shift hours; various site locations in Norfolk.
• Training provided with up to 1 month instruction and convoy work.
