Job summary

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Relief Driver to operate a Class 1 vehicle on multi-drop routes in Newmarket. The role is permanent and full-time, with responsibilities including loading/unloading, and delivering safely while maintaining excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will join a well-established organisation in Newmarket, with a standard Monday–Friday day shift and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 / C+E licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification/card.
• Digital Tachograph Card and good load security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 vehicle on multi-drop deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading and ensure loads are secure.
• Follow delivery plan and maintain office communication.
• Maintain high customer service standards at all locations.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental requirements.
