Job summary

Driver Hire Gatwick is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work from our Crawley depot, supporting prestigious clients up to the Midlands. The role offers variety, flexibility, and competitive pay for ongoing or flexible shifts where no two days are the same.

Delivering palletised freight across the South of England with start times 07:00–08:00, you’ll conduct vehicle checks and ensure compliance with driver hours and road safety rules.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C+E) licence.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements: CD/IN/DR/TT).
• Able to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Comfortable ensuring loads are secure at all times.
• PPE required: Hi-Vis and Safety Boots.
• Own transport required to commute to and from the depot.
• Must comply with all on-site health and safety procedures.
